parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning.

parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

I have been doing the parkrun for a couple of years now as part of my physiotherapy to rebuild my muscles that were affected by my autoimmune disease.

The good folks at the Orleans parkrun have made me their official volunteer photographer. I get credit for volunteering and I get credit for participating in the actual parkrun.

The IMALAIRD Photography Team travelled to Montreal to attend the Series Canadienne Sled Hockey Tournament during the weekend of Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd, 2026.

We follow Team Atlantic as we have a great friend that plays on the Team. When ever the Team is “Near By” we try to attend the games and cheer him on.

We did a Team photo picture after the tournament. The Team is fun and inspiring to watch! Thanks for letting us hang out with you all weekend.

Team Atlantic – Montreal, Quebec – March 22, 2026

The IMALAIRD Photography Team travelled to Montreal to attend the Series Canadienne Sled Hockey Tournament.

We follow Team Atlantic as we have a great friend that plays on the Team. When ever the Team is “Near By” we try to attend the games and cheer him on.
